The product is really good and serves it purpose. It covers the whole area and provides a complete relief.

I've been using this gel cap for about 3-4 months and I purchased it for just short of a 1000 rupees.

PROs: It does provide a lot of relief during the initial stages of a headache. It won't make the headache go away (especially if you suffer serious conditions like chronic, everyday migraine) but it does feel very nice.

It can stay cool for a solid 25 minutes at a time. And it's also quite sturdy so far. I've used it carefully but there have been no tears or leaks.

CONs: It's biggest problem is that the elasticity of the cap increases very quickly. When I bought it I was worried it would feel tight around my head, but it fit me snugly without putting pressure, but on the downside, in just the few months it's become so loose it's almost unwearable. The front side of it slips right down to my chin. I'm trying to get some more use out of it by letting it stay around my neck, but where I need it most is around the upper head, brows and eyes. I've tried wearing eye masks to hold it in place but that hasn't worked. This one problem makes the product practically useless.

I really liked it while it lasted. Unfortunately it hasn't lasted even 6 months. Hence the 3 stars. It does what it promises but the product needs to be designed better.

The product is ideal for headaches.It gives a cooling effect,when refrigerated.Overall a nice product.

I am surprised by the quality of the product. Somehow this band stays cool without putting it in a refrigerator. It surely helps with headache by calming you down with cold cushioning hold. It’s as soft as ice cream. Really loved it.

Its very long lasting when cooled and does induce sleep pretty quickly.

It gives releif in 15 min.Great product by "Must Have".
